Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, weather conditions, and courier operations.

Portugal

  • 2–5 business days

Spain

  • 3–7 business days

European Union (cross-border shipping)

  • 5–12 business days

International Orders (outside the EU)

  • 7–20 business days

Please note that deliveries to islands, remote regions, or during peak shopping periods may require additional time.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • package weight
  • selected shipping method

Free shipping promotions may be offered during selected campaigns or minimum purchase amounts.


Tracking Information

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on local regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Shipping Information

D'4vila is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If a package is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
